In the latest study on art Peter Lubarda, Zdravko Vucinic is the thesis according to which the artists of this opus is observed as a unique phenomenon in the history of our art. According to the author for the genesis of his poetics crucial were the beginnings of creativity, but the focus of this review is still in the period between the 1947th and 1957th, which is also a key period in the formation of the entire postwar painting. Artist unique aesthetic vision, inextricably tied to tradition and the area from which comes a time and initiator of new artistic tendencies, Lubarda his creativity paved the way for abstract painting orientation.

Lubarda said that once sat on the road in front of the parental home and watched its contours, which are the background ocrtavali Lovcen. Then his house in the foreground looked huge to Lovcen. However, he knew he should walk for hours to the top, while enough to house only a few moments. Tried to explain himself this "strange phenomenon", which he seemed contradictory laws of physics. Later he thought about the same problem and solved it in their own way, in nesimboličnim compositions in which the space gallery carries a major role

In these works, landscape is "forgotten." As a product of its kind, on the surface of the fabrics came up flowers and fruits, leaves and branches, which are painted field. Everything has turned into almost a form of optional game green, orange and red accent diffrent parts by fonu white or neutral tone yet unobtrusive background. Everything took place in the foreground, with little differentiation, which marks the fullness of pigments makes space images yet indicated. In some works, no that, because the performances painted quite close two dimensions present, close to associative, almost abstract thinking. The image is illuminated light. It springs from the motives and irresistibly extends over the entire painted planes.
