“Water Festival 2010” is an international festival where will take part 10 countries: Serbia, Japan, Netherlands, Philippine, America, Canada, New Zealand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and South Africa. 

We want to influence the broader public awareness of the importance of environmental protection through various activities such as showing documentary films, art videos, creative workshops, seminars, creative writing and performances.

All selected works will be published in television Metro TV (Bandung - Indonesia) as a non-profit environmental campaign. 

Rules:

1.   Topic: water

2.   Categories: video art and documentary film

3.   Fee: Free entry for all competitions

4.   Duration: not limited

5.   Number of works: not limited

6.   Format: standard video format DV PAL 720 x 756, MPEG 2, Quick Time.

7.   Subtitle: All works must be subtitled in English

8.   Form: Entry Form for each work (both mail & e-mail)

9.   Synopsis: synopsis of each work, up to 100 words, in English

10. Stills: 2 film stills for each work (300 dpi). Sent via e-mail

11. Deadline: 15^th of March 2010
