In Memorial collection of Pavle Beljanski it is a common place to celebrate day of birth of it's donor Pavle Beljanski (Veliko Gradiste, 19. 07. 1892 – Beograd, 14. 07. 1965) by opening some very significant exhibition. This year it is the exhibition of Pedja Milosavljevic, and this exhibition also commemorates 100th anniversary of this great artist's birth. Artist, educated man, pre-war diplomat, art critic and writer, Pedja Milosavljevic was one of the most appreciated painters of 2nd half of 20th century.

Thanks to cooperation with the oldest and first Sales Gallery Belgrade, the exhibition is presented in Novi Sad for the first time. This exhibition shows less known part of his work, bounded for mythological themes. Author of the exhibition and the catalogue and curator Zdravko Vucinic, made a selection of paintings, watercolors and collages of this significant painter, that brought the elements of mythology in his paintings in 1949. and left it there for the rest of his life.

Paintings on display belong to Serbian Academy of Science and Art, Museum of Belgrade, Assembly of Republic of Serbia, but also to Memorial Collection of Pavle Beljanski.
