Oto Bihalji Merin
Serbian writer, essayist and art historian. He was born to a Jewish family in Zemun in 1904. He graduated from the College of General and Applied Art in Berlin. Starting from the 30's Bihalji Merin was one of the most important authorities and successful promoters of naive art in the world.
