Nikola Vukosavljević
Beograd
Nikola Vukosavljevic was born in Belgrade on February, 3rd, 1946. He graduated in 1970. at the Belgrade Academy of arts (prof. Jovan Kratohvil). After that he enrolled into postgraduate course and received his Master degree in 1972. In the following years he dedicated his work mainly to sclupture, but did not neglect other media, such as drawing, ink or water colour. On solo exhibitions he exhibited drawings, water colour, medals, reliefs, and sculptures, and participated in more than 300 group exhibitions all over the World. In 1973. he bacame a member of ULUS (Association of fine artists of Serbia); and a member of LADE (Serbian artists association) in 1978. In 1977. he started working as a professor on the Academy of Arts in Belgrade, in sculpture section. From October 2004. until June 2007 he was the chairman of Belgrade Academy of arts.
